Return & Exchange Policy

At Jacqui O Luxe Beauty & Co., we take hygiene and safety seriously.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for used or tampered items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Returns for unused and unopened products may be accepted at our discretion. The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are the

responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
